- Mr. Utheza has a ten years + experience in software & Intellectual Property licensing experience, including setting-up of corporate Joint Venture agreements ($ 35 million in capitalization)
- In software licensing, Mr. utheza has lead teams of lawyers in the licensing and negotiation of $ 10 million+ valued agreements
- In Intellectual Property, Mr. Utheza sat at the Patent Committee of Liberate Technology, and established the original patent portfolio of OpenTV, Inc.

- Mr. Utheza has been leading the product marketing team of LIberate Technologies, and steered the company's original (analog STB) based product line to a digital end-to-end solution
- Working over thirteen years in the digital TV space, Mr. Utheza built a wealth of knowledge in various areas of the digital end-to-end chain:

- Herve Utheza has also held operational positions, in either Sales, Sales Operations or Product Marketing capacities
- In sales, Mr. Utheza helped build the EMEA team of Liberate technologies, and led the hiring, management of that team up to fifteen people, in an office opened and located in London
- In sales operations, Mr Utheza managed $ 10 million sales expenses under budget, and developed the first documented, modelled and analyzed compensation plan of LIberate Technologies; Mr Utheza also developed the compensation plan of one of his consulting clients
